Return policy

RETURN PROCES

If you wish to return a product. You have 14 days from your order date. You must create your own return label. Please send an e-mail to our customer service: Pure.ctive@outlook.com. After receiving the return label, you must return the products in their original packaging with your proof of purchase to the address we have sent you by e-mail.

RESTITUTIONS

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the condition and process it. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process the return. We will send you an email to keep you updated on the process of your return.
